The Inner Mongolia Radio & TV University (Inner Mongolia RTVU) was founded 30 years ago as a modern, open distance education system in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China. Today, it uses radio, TV, satellite, computer networks and other modern means of information transmission (with emphasis on educational technology).
