The Phnom Penh International University (PPIU) offers associate's, bachelor's, and master's degrees in subjects including Business, Computer Science and Engineering, Social Science, Humanities and Language. There are PhD courses and short courses for professionals as well.

Phnom Penh International University was founded in 2006 by the merger of the International Institute of Cambodia with ASEAN University and J.C.M.K. (a private company). Phnom Penh International University's main office is to be in the centre of the Phnom Penh capital, Cambodia.

The PPIU web site is at http://www.ppiu.edu.kh/english/

e-Learning (and even distance learning) do not seem to figure prominently in course offerings; however PPIU was a participant in the PANdora project, which ran from 2005-2008.
