EV Online LearningFrom Researching Virtual Initiatives in EducationEV Online Learning is a tuition-free K-12 public school located in the US state of Washington. It is a part of the Washington Academy of Arts & Technology (WAAT). EV Online is partnered with Aventa Learning for content and provides many supplementary and AP-level courses. Students may use Blackboard for accessing content and must use Elluminate to interact with teachers on a weekly basis. Students also have a mentor who emails, calls and interacts on a "chatboard". EV Online describes this as a "blended" environment though students remain at home.
