From Researching Virtual Initiatives in Education

Bio-eTrain (The implementation of an eLearning university for bioenergy) was selected in 2004 under the Socrates Minerva project.

The goal of the project is to utilize the internet as a tool to create an expert network that will provide high-quality courses about bioenergy in an eLearning framework.
