The ''Jiangsu Radio and TV University'' ('''Jiangsu TV University''', JSTVU) is a distance education institution located in Jiangsu province, [[China]], founded in 1979. Its mission is to building a first-class, modern, long-distance university in open learning mode. 

Jiangsu TV University is a member of the Asian Association of Open Universities ([[AAOU]]) and engages in significant international collaboration, often with European partners.
