VLE

The University enables e-learning through the online learning environment Vula and LearnOnline Self-training Courses. Vula means Open! and is a local name for Sakai, the international open-source Learning Management System.

Vula allows students to download learning materials for printing; to participate in asynchronous bulletin board discussions (in some subjects they have created blogs where the students have to participate and learn from the knowledge of the others - hot topics or interesting ones will be highlighted); to participate in synchronous chat groups; and to perform online exercises and exams from time to time.
