The ICT Platform for Online Learning and Experiences Accreditation in the Mobility Programme (PLATO) was funded by the EU's Erasmus Virtual Campuses in 2005. PLATO received almost €300.000 over two years.

The objective of the project was to enrich the 'EuroPASS' service by offering online courses and skills accreditation for a specific set of teaching modules and skills, with accreditation from a range of higher education and industry stakeholders.

No PLATO web site is apparent from a very cursory web search.

More details

PLATO built on the Minerva project, 'EPI: Educational Partnership through ICT'.
